Unlike many wedding photographers I do not believe that I am the most important person at your wedding! It is YOUR BIG DAY and I am there to make sure that you have a professional record to cherish and look back on.

My love of photography started at school and I knew instantly that I wanted to make this my career. After studying photography for two years at college I became a press photographer, and it was this experience that taught me how to work quickly and capture moments. Transferring this knowledge to wedding photography, leaves you free to enjoy your wedding day rather than standing around for hours posing for photographs.

I have a casual but very organised approach to make sure that everything runs smoothly and timings of the ceremony and the reception are adhered to. My main aim is that you enjoy your wedding day and do not worry about the photographs. Yes, it is important to have a handful of posed pictures, but the majority will be taken using a long lens which enables me to be unobtrusive, capturing those moments and details which tell the real story of your special day.
